When injected into targeted facial muscles, Jeuveau interrupts the signals between nerves and muscles, allowing muscles to relax and the skin that covers them to smooth. Hi Pure Technology: A Safer Purification Process

One of the main ingredients in neuromodulators like BOTOX Cosmetic, Xeomin, and Dysport and Jeuveau is Clostridium botulinum type A neurotoxin. While these products are well-tolerated and generally considered safe, between three and ten percent of BOTOX Cosmetic patients experience adverse effects, including sweating, flu-like symptoms, back pain, itching, and even anxiety. Most often short-lived, these side effects are much less common in patients who choose Jeuveau.

Jeuveau Treatment Areas

Depending on the treatment area and other factors specific to your situation, your treatment session may take 10 to 20 minutes. Most patients describe the sensation as a brief pinch or slight pressure, and topical numbing can be applied if you're concerned about sensitivity.

Recovery and Results

Recovery from Jeuveau is minimal. Most people can resume normal activities right away, though some discomfort, swelling, and irritation at the injection sites may persist for a few days. Following aftercare instructions will assist with these minor effects. We typically recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, lying face down, and massaging the treated areas for 24 hours after treatment to prevent the product from migrating to unintended muscles.

It may take two to three days for creases to start softening, with most people realizing full results within seven to ten days. During this time, any side effects should diminish on their own, allowing you to go forward with a smoother, more youthful, and generally more attractive appearance. Your results may last for three to six months, depending on your metabolism, the treatment area, and how your body responds to the neuromodulator. Surveys of Jeuveau recipients have found high patient satisfaction even at five months post-treatment.

How often you will need to return for touch-ups will be based on what's best for your needs and desires and can be determined during your time in our care.
